Looking for a simple yet meaningful way to serve your community?  Apply to be a member of the Avon Township Finance Committee.  This committee serves the township board in an advisory capacity in virtually all financial matters including the annual budget.  You don’t need to be detailed with numbers, but if you are, it’s a plus.  We are seeking 2 responsible, level minded citizens of Avon Township to serve a one- or two-year term.  We typically have 6-7 meetings in a calendar year, and most meetings last an hour or less.  It’s a great way to get involved and make a difference where you live.
